The Saint John Vianney Center is Reaccredited by The Joint Commission

« Back to All NewsThe Saint John Vianney Center (SJVC) received re-accreditation for Behavioral Health from The Joint Commission which is nationally recognized as the Gold Seal of Approval in health care. Accreditation is the way The Joint Commission validates organizations who comply with the highest national standards for safety and quality of care, and who are committed to the continuous improvement and delivery of safe, high quality care.

SJVC had an on-site survey in June 2016. It focused on patient care through the tracer methodology and observation of care. The involvement and collaboration of the SJVC staff was vital to the success of the on-site survey. Staff remains essential to maintaining continuous standards compliance, applying sound management practices, and delivering safe, high quality care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Saint John Vianney Center first received accreditation from The Joint Commission in 1989 and has continued to receive re-accreditation since.
